Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked as a full-stack engineer, CTO, founder, and operator. The pattern has stayed consistent: find leverage, build the system, and turn a messy business or technical problem into something repeatable.
That work has included scaling engineering operations from a solo venture to 50+ engineers, building a product department that delivered 100+ tools used by more than 5 million people globally, and leading teams of up to about 70 people at Webinse.
After exiting that business, I founded a marketing firm that generated more than $10 million in client revenue. Today, my focus is AI software development, growth systems, and the operating layer that lets technical teams move faster without losing clarity.
